Attend the “Longevity and Meditarranean Diet” class, registering in mid-December at the University of Cincinnati. for the Winter Quarter at the Tangeman Center. (513-556-9186).

An introduction to the benefits of eating protein from the Mediterranean Kitchen is critical to overall well-being and can be paired to vegetables, beer, and wines in order to optimize flavors and improve on digestion.
