WELCOME!!!! Enjoy and Epicurean Experience shared by many food lovers!          Eat Know How’s objective is to inform the audience about the healing power of food through nutrition commonly provided in the Mediterranean Diet.

The Mediterranean Diet is found in some Asian, African and European Kitchens; it is my mission to bridge their dietary practices to America and promote the health benefits of the Mediterranean Lifestyle.

Presentations provided address: menu planning, grocery shopping, individualized dietary intake, nutrient importance, food preparation, and culinary techniques.

Classes are designed to share both  dietetic information and nutritional experience gained while living, teaching, and researching in Tuscany & Puglia, Italy,

Hands on demonstrations will encourage others to become comfortable and appreciate the importance of: herbs, spices, fruits, vegetables, fish, meats, and grains.

Audiences are able to duplicate dishes, experience delicious meals, share newly acquired knowledge, and adapt to a healthier lifestyle.

The information provided is based on Global Literature Studies introduced by Doctors, Researchers and Dietitians who have passed on the benefits of Food Science and Medical Nutrition Therapy.

The dietary methodology utilized in educating others embodies (but is not limited to) the Mediterranean, DASH and TLC Diets, all which reflect reduced symptoms of health related pathologies.  It is my privilege to research health questions and pass on information so that you can “Know the Healing Power of Food”.
